Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

Hex & Hearth proudly operates out of Arkansas! Please review our localized shipping rules and delivery schedules below:

• Arkansas Shipping Restrictions: We ship physical packages exclusively to addresses within the state of Arkansas. Shipping is strictly limited to Saline County and Pulaski County. No minimum purchase is required for shipping orders.

• Local Doorstep Drop-off ($10): We offer flat-rate local delivery to our nearby neighbors. Local delivery requires a minimum order amount of $20.00 before taxes and fees. This option is strictly limited to the specific eligible zip codes posted at checkout. 

• Delivery Schedule & Cutoff Times:
- Local deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays, once per day.
- Deliveries begin promptly at 11:00 AM. 
- We do not fulfill same-day delivery orders. To ensure delivery, place your order before the cutoff time (9 PM) the day before.

• Processing Times: 
- Spiritual Readings & Birth Charts: Delivered digitally via email within 3–5 business days.
- Physical Goods (Candles/Spellwork): Shipped or dropped off within 2–4 business days.
- Made-to-Order Items (Apparel/Fabrics): Please allow 5–7 business days for printing and production before shipment.
