Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Hex & Hearth. Because of the unique spiritual, custom, and digital nature of our offerings, please review our refund guidelines carefully before purchasing:

• Tarot Readings & Birth Charts: All spiritual readings, birth charts, and digital services are final sale. Once a service is delivered or performed, it cannot be refunded.

• Candles & Spellwork: Due to the energetic, custom, and fragile nature of these items, all candles and spellwork products are non-returnable and final sale. 

• Custom Prints & Apparel (Printify Items): Our fabrics and custom merchandise are printed on-demand just for you. Because of this, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your physical items arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hexandhearth@icloud.com with photo proof. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or store credit to make it right.
